It's only natural

As I emerge blinking into bits of normal life, I enjoyed a few minutes in what looks like a jungle but was actually Sale Water Park, created from the effects of digging out a motorway. I'd used the park and ride nearby on the way to raise funds for a local food bank (sadly all too necessary). Cutting some very bad shapes in a sponsored danceathon, bonding with a local councillor over belly dancing and discovering an apparently rare talent all in a good cause made for s good day. Not every day can have sunshine and dancing, but it's a gift to be able to see the light through the shadow.
