Goodbye Palafrugell

Today was our last visit to the Sunday morning market in Palafrugell. Yesterday evening's clouds turned out to be misleading: it was a warm, sunny day with hardly a cloud in the sky, and the market was crowded with people. While we shopped, I looked around for blipportunities and spotted this very stylish balcony above the crowds.

Palafrugell's street market isn't exceptional by French or Spanish standards, but I will miss the superb jamón from the cheese and ham stall in the covered market. I'm sure we'll be stopping by to pick some of that up before we return to France.

We spent our last evening with all of our visitors at El Farolillo in Begur, where we ate plates and plates of delicious tapas.
