GF CAKE

I baked a gluten free cake this morning. I was pleasantly surprised but also a teensy bit disappointed.

Had it been inedible, cake would have been off the menu along with so many other calorie rich favourites, and at least it would have been good for my diet.

Like Maltesers. I am very upset about that.
