Not to be sneezed at

The price of property in Dublin city centre isn't. To be sneezed at. Or rather the prices commanded by the now-for-building land in Dublin city centre. Once the old cinemas have been razed to the ground. 
As an art house cinema complex, the Screen cinema really didn't stand a chance. It was lucky to have survived through the first boom. It did not outlast the second (which won't be going on for much longer now...)
