This cheeky little soul made friends with Amber.

We headed over to Gunby Hall, a National Trust Property near Skegness in Lincolnshire. It was our first visit and we enjoyed it. The gardens are varied, interesting and colourful, but their roses are badly affected by black spot. A big problem as remedial care is so labour intensive. A place worth a return visit.

I did a tour of the house, whilst B & Amber walked in the grounds.  

We are not familiar with the Lincolnshire coast and are on the lookout for dog friendly beaches. Well we have crossed  Skegness and Ingoldmells off the list, not a surprise, but we will systematically check out the coast travelling north bound. We didn't actually see the sea today!!
