Subjective

We spent part of this weekend at the Chicago Art Museum with family. It is a beautiful museum with rooms and rooms of great art - paintings, sculptures, photographs. With 8 of us, I was reminded that art is subjective and truly does speak to us all - differently. As the morning progressed, we found ourselves separating into different rooms, different periods of time and different styles of art, each appealing to someone in a different way. That is the beautiful thing about the arts... it speaks to us all in different ways.
