Pancakes and Seals

Made the LAST pancakes for awhile!  whew.    Maple of course got some too,

Finally a very nice day…Tatum and her Mom took the kayaks out to look for the baby seal from our beach a few days ago…. there were several on the rocks with their moms..  We are going to assume that one of them is the one we saw.  Yes.   they all left this afternoon….I think H and I will probably be very quiet for a day or so,..we might just sit on the couch and watch a video.  :-)….,.

Fi and I finished our book, Roald Dahl’s Matilda…she has a “Broadway Bound” Camp this summer that is going to produce this.  We wonder what part she will get to play.

And I am reading Patrick Brian”s Royal Navy with Captain Aubrey.  I thot I had read 6 last summer but alas, it seems only 5  so now I’m on the 7th….I actually like them quite a lot—there is so much one can learn…
