A bed for a princess

The morning was a slow one - most notably, O pulled himself up to standing for the first time. He then let go with one hand, swung back, and fell and bumped his head on the TV unit! There were a few tears but no damage done.

H and O went to Gran and Papa's to spend the afternoon whilst hubby and I did some work on the house - well, hubby did some work whilst I went shopping. I had a couple of Christmas returns, and so bought new bedding for H's room. She's been reluctant to go to bed recently (although it has improved over Christmas), and she appears to have outgrown her Peppa phase, so I indulged her current obsession with Disney Princesses, and bought a cheap bedding set and new duvet. The kids had a good afternoon with their grandparents and H was super excited on her return and couldn't wait to go to sleep. Let's hope the novelty doesn't wear off too quickly.
