Boxing day pudding

I spent today at Scharwenka's and had a lovely relaxing Boxing Day with friends. Delicious food as always with an excellent game casserole for mains.

It has to be a pudding blip again as the flames from the Christmas pudding made a very fine show. Was it a more generous dousing of brandy that created these flames or the use of cognac rather than armagnac?
