A visit to Kiftsgate with Aliscotia

Yesterday Aliscotia and I finally went on our belated birthday outing and we had a perfect afternoon at Kiftsgate Court in Gloucestershire.  The sun shone, the flowers were never ending and smelt heavenly, and the bees and hoverflies were out in abundance.  It has taken me a while to edit my pics but this is one of my favourites.

In extras, Aliscotia is looking very mischievous as she walks across the stepping stones in one of the "zen" gardens to see if walking on them triggered the fountains to come on.  It didn't! 

Also in extras, a bee with very orange pollen which he'd obviously collected from the flowers he was on.  I don't know what they are - maybe you might!
