Bird Man!!

So here we are - New Year's Eve 2012.

We are over drinking in the New Year, and spending most of New Year's Day "recovering". So, now we get ourselves down to our local fishmongers for opening time, and we buy a couple of small lobsters (one each). On the way home, we pop into the local bottle shop for a nice bottle of Fleurieu Peninsula Sav Blanc (Ballast Stone this year). Everything into the fridge for dinner later on.

Then we grab a bit of a picnic and a bag of bread scraps, and go down to the Lake at the Belair Park and give the ducks their New Year's Dinner. It's great fun - the ducks and other birds are so tame, and there's always wonderful images to be taken.
