She spent Christmas Eve and Christmas Day in the hospital, was discharged in the afternoon of the day after.
We called and called her house at various intervals with no answer, wondering if her phone was on the blitz again.
Finally called her neighbors to do an on site check.
No one home!
She didn't bother to use her hospital room phone to tell anybody (family or friends) where she was.
We managed to track her down, but by the time we got to the hospital she had been discharged. We got to her house about 5 minutes after she arrived herself.
The rest of the evening was spent getting her prescription filled, treating her to a first time at In-N-Out (YUMMY fast food), stocking up her pantry and frig, then getting ourselves home.
