An excellent day with lots of physio exercises, some rest, Tour de France watching (Alaphilippe still wears the yellow jersey!), and a second visit from (is it "by" ? Do tell me) my cousin Nicolas who brought me a book, "Freemasonry for dummies". I'll read it with much interest as I've long been curious about this institution.

Two extras: one (in mono so it's not too vivid) of my scar, one (in colour so you can appreciate my luck) taken from one of the rooms in the physio centre I'll be transferred to in a few days).
