The good news: I think my sensor cleaning yesterday was successful, and until mid afternoon my back felt a lot better.

The Bad news: late afternoon I repositioned one of the bird feeders and refilled it, very nearly fell over doing this, and in saving myself I have twisted my back and it is much worse again!
