Notes: Much of the morning spent updating the St Anthony's Triathlon registration site and associated pages. Alice stopped by during lunch hour and then was back around 330p. Talked and drank wine the whole night - made the shredded chicken dinner with quinoa and broccoli and added the fresh pesto I made the day before. Sat out back on the patio for much of the night.
