A Fabulous Blipmeet!

Look who came to visit today! Gillsabroad!! All the way from Japan! How cool is that?!

We met her at the bus station and went from there directly to the sourdough bakery. It was a warm, sunny day. The humans had tomato soup and bread with cheese. Conveniently, there was a small stone pillar right next to Gillsabroad’s chair. So I placed myself upon it and got fed lots of small pieces of cheese throughout the meal! Yay! Then the humans had fika, coffee with cakes, and believe it or not, I got cookie crumbs! Awesome!

We then went to the locks of Göta kanal at Berg. It was packed with people, and dogs, watching boats climb up and down the locks. Great walkies! But - we walked past TWO ice cream places and didn’t get any ice cream. The humans claimed there was no room for ice cream. How is that even possible? Oh well. It was still a great outing.

We drove home to show Gillsabroad our house and our balcony and my bed and my card wall and everything - before we had to go drop her off at the bus station. Thank you so much for coming to visit! It was a lovely day.
