Long walks and Baby Names

I had a day off today which was lovely after the stress and hassle of the last few days.

I decided to take Bella for a walk along the road to practice her lead walking then off road along the Worth way, heading towards Mr W's daughters as we were planning on seeing the new baby. Mr W picked me up en-route as he still had work to do but I managed to get at least 3 miles in.

Timings worked out quite well in the end.

So I met the new Grandchild now a week old and they have called her Isla. A bit strange that its taken a week to tell us, but there you go. I guess if Mr W had have asked he might have been told sooner.

I got a little cuddle with Isla and luckily Bella was being tortured amused by Ellie who's 4 and didnt notice me holding a baby...although I'm sure she would have been fine.

Later on I managed a Sainsbuys shop all by myself. I hate shopping but occasionally its nice just to mooch and get what you want. Being a vegetarian and Mr W not, its quite a challenge for him to buy me what I like!! 

I was also able to get dinner ready for Daughter Number 1 who was home late after a long day at work and her first BIG purchase for her new flat of a table, bench and chairs. Yep -shes all grown up now!!!!
