Beautiful Face

My sister Sue is an artist and potter. Her husband Tony is a clock restorer. Over the years he has restored many clocks which other people may otherwise have taken to the tip; he would painstakingly piece intricate wooden or metal parts together and actually make parts from scratch. Those with damaged faces were Sue's department and she has restored many clock dials over the years with her painting expertise.
The one in the photo is a Grandfather clock from the 18th century.
