Fields of gold

 Did ironing first thing this morning and then went to see a friend who has just come out of hospital, took her a dinner and some cake, was good to see her.  She fell a couple of weeks ago and damaged her knee, had an op and will be unable to do much for 6 weeks. 
Came home and had a massage, bliss!  Lunch, then took a friend to hairdressers and popped in to see another friend while I was waiting!  Did some gardening at the church and then went for a walk early evening. Sunny and warm but expecting rain.
The challenge was rich/plenty so thought it showed the richness of summer and plenty of flowers, grasses and crops!  Extra for WildWed, a white ermine moth
