Merry Christmas...

Hope you all had a happy day as did we. Family gathering, good food, a lovely drop of wine, presents, and then home for a nana nap before hearing from family living overseas.

The ham was yummy. I think I overcooked it a bit as when I went to peel the skin off to score and glaze there was very little fat so had nothing to score. Made up a glaze with apricot and pineapple jam, seed mustard and a good slosh of Stone's Green Ginger Wine! It was fabulous.
