We did a workout today that usually lots of gyms do on the same day but we couldn't because people were away at a comp. It's a hard one, mile run, 100 pull ups, 200 press ups, 300 squats and another mile run. I managed in 49mins 15 seconds which is twelve minutes faster than my last time. Very pleased! Some folk did halfs and some folk did it in a weighted vest, that's the fab thing, the coaches adapt for any level of fitness, strength or energy!
The bigger challenge came after when we all went for food and I didn't stick to my usual just a coffee after some bullying gentle persuasion.
