A walk

So doing as told by physio! Very hard I must say reducing a run, a week and replacing with a walk due to joint issues side effects of the lovely smarties I take. Thought this was very pretty I arrived before coach loads at the lavender festival earlier photos somewhere here... Lovely sunny morning
