Snapdragons

Snapdragon or Antirrhinum is a genus from the plantain family. This family used to belong to the helmet family. In the Netherlands and Belgium, only the large snapdragon, Antirrhinum majus, appears wild. There are cultivars of this species with white, crimson or yellow two-pronged flowers. The cultivars are actually available in all the colors of the ray. The origin is from Southwestern Europe.
