English Country Garden.

We went to Hemsley via Stokesley and drove through beautiful countryside.
Hemsley wasn’t as busy as l’ve seen it on some previous visits but there were still plenty of people there.
We had a pleasant couple of hours there and finally sat outside under a parasol in a lovely court yard for coffee a homemade curd tart.
It reminded me of the ones my mother used to make.
Hot and humid, it felt there could have been a thunderstorm at any moment but it held off.
The gardens of some of the houses were just delightful and l especially liked the one I’ve chosen to Blip.
