And in the blink of an eye he’s finished his education and has a full-time job, where has the time gone? He is 19, he has always had a huge amount of energy, at the moment he is super keen on going to the gym and bodybuilding which he does every day and he has a job working with an old friend of Max’s from the gym called James who is a Strongman, they work for United Drains travelling all over the country unblocking stuff! He is certainly a lot more focused and dedicated than I was at his age.

I am still not feeling well, today I have been extremely tired but I forced myself out for a short walk and picked up some groceries and I’ve done a bit of housework and admin.
