Making waves

Since Jim left us behind in Brisbane, the sun has come back out after a fairly relentless, unusual, 2 weeks of rain in winter.

So we took the kids out to a nearby park called River Rocks in Oxley, which has a great wading pool and stream to splash about in. Talk about spot the UK foreigners! While most of the locals were rugged up in their winter gear, the kids put their swimmers on and lapped up the 22 degree sunshine!

And the weather forecast looks promising for our remains time here so expect to see a lot of sunny snaps!
