Narrow-bordered bee hawk moth!

Great to see this moth again! There was a huge amount of Self Heal (Prunella) flowering in the meadow this afternoon and I was wondering what would like to feed on it. It was covered in bees and wasps and then this beauty appeared. had to chase him around as he was not still for long. The blur is the very fast wing beat.
