Me and Mer...at the County Fair

Perhaps 3 years ago, Merrick was climbing on a tractor at this county fair, fell off it, and put a medium-sized gash in his leg. I reminded him about it as he starting to get on the giant machines.

There were 21 tractors on display. Guess how many he climbed up on? You guessed it...all 21. He was NOT going to let the farm machinery beat him this year. (In the lower right, on the 21st tractor, he is proclaiming victory.)

He also got to lead a T-rex (?) around by its chain, and I photo-shopped him onto the racing pigs.

Speaking of pigs, we got to see a mama pig giving birth. We stayed while 3 piglets popped out, but there were so many people there (both watching and assisting), that you couldn't see very well. Still...so cute.
