Been Fishing

I was up bright(?) and early in Oxford this morning, so I could catch the first flight from Heathrow to Aberdeen, then on to Shetland. My luggage was less enthusiastic (apparently) about the early departure from London and managed to miss it.

By midday I was at Sumburgh Head puffin spotting - good to see lots of puffins around, and a decent number bringing food of various sorts back to their burrows.  Lovely calm afternoon at the south end of Shetland.

BTW - my luggage finally made its way to Shetland by about 6:00 pm this evening.
