Clean!

I take Maisie to the groomer about once a year. When I first got her she refused to even be touched with a hairbrush, and it took a lot of hard work to get her to where she’ll allow me to snip the odd matt out of her coat and will lie down to be groomed when I show her the brush.

But there are still things I either can’t do (trimming her paw pads) - or things which I can ‘t do without making the poor thing look ridiculous!

If I try to tidy up her shaggy feet she ends up looking like she has ankle socks on - and if I try to trim her fringe it’s never a great success either!

So here she is - clean and professionally groomed - a rare moment!
