Kitchen window sill

Well - doesn't everyone's kitchen window sill look like this? Am on go- slow trying to get the house in some sort of order. But haven't got the enthusiasm as it so quiet after all little ones have left. And not even the weather can cheer me up as the sky is laden and grey- and rain - uurgh.
Promise of sun tomorrow. Yippee! Will go to Gibraltar point (near Skegness!) if there is any blue sky at all.
