Parkrun

L and I were on volunteering duty this morning at Parkrun. I was funnel manager and L was on finishing token support and did great, even taking full ownership and handing tokens out during the quieter spell.

No mishaps at the funnel so all good with the 252 participants.

We headed back to Klondyke Garden Centre to give a hand with the admin afterwards and had hot chocolate and a cake.

Chilled day planned with a run around the Murieston Trail then maybe take the bikes round to my mums for a visit.
