Well thankfully I'd consumed a lot of water yesterday so I wasn't hungover today. (Back blipped yesterday)

Think Amanda and Joanne were a wee bit worse for wear so get well soon!!

Today went so fast!! Hubby and I relaxed much of the afternoon before my Zumba and his football. Alison and I do a double class and I seem to be finding it harder each week while she seems to take it in her stride!! Definately think it's working, 10lbs off now!

May join in the scales blip, only once I've reached my target tho ;)!

I'm off work tomorrow, I'm getting to look after Bethan much of the day which I'm really looking forward to. Hope it's nice weather!!
