Sunshine
A super sail up the Sound of Jura kept the Ards Man on his toes today as it was very windy!
I hung on and shouted “Woohoo!” every time we hit a new ‘highest speed’. We are now in a marina after spending last night on a mooring in Craighouse, where it was very windy. There was a lot of noise that kept us awake, including squeaky ropes and howling wind and bumps in the night! The AM got up around 4am as a particularly squeaky rope was driving him mad. We’re hoping for a quieter night tonight.
We got in here in time to tune our (very wee) tv to BBC1 and so were able to watch the ladies’ singles Championship final at Wimbledon. What a lovely champion Ms Helep turned out to be!
