Whitby

We had a wee trip to the seaside, at the request of my daughter on her birthday. We visited Whitby 3 years ago, on our last trip to Yorkshire, and liked it. It was definitely worth a second visit, even though a seagull swept down behind me and snatched my ice cream just as I raised it to my mouth.

We also visited Robin Hood’s Bay, a really quaint little place with really narrow, picturesque streets (see extra). interesting to see, but I doubt I’d go back.
