After the gym, I met Caspar for breakfast. The rest of the day was spent watching Netflix and movies.

I have started rewatching Star Wars in the Ernst Rister order (IV, V, I, II, III, VI,VII, VIII). This treats the first three episodes as a flashback after Luke finds out the truth about Darth Vader
