Rhedais i 13C y bore 'ma yn paratoi am y 10C. Rydw i'n nawr gallu rhedeg o'r tŷ i Dongwynlais ac yn ôl heb stopio. Dydw i ddim yn rhedeg yn gyflym, felly, nesa rydw i'n mynd i drio rhedeg pellter yn fyrrach ac yn gyflymach.

Treulion ni'r diwrnod gyda Daniel, a Richard, Steph a theulu.  Seiclon ni i ymuno â nhw cyn cerdded o gwmpas y llyn.  Roedden ni cael cinio yn y Terra Nova cyn cerdded i dŷ Richard a Steph er mwyn Sam cael ei gyntun.


Pan ddeffrodd Sam aethon ni allan i gael hufen iâ ac yn rhedeg o gwmpas y maes adloniant. Rydw i'n meddwl bod fy hyfforddiant rhedeg yn ddefnyddiol. Dydw i ddim yn teimlo blino pan rhedeg gyda Sam.

I ran to 13K this morning preparing for the 10K. I can now run from the house to Tongwynlais and back without stopping. I'm not running fast, so next I'm going to try to run a shorter and faster distance.

We spent the day with Daniel, and Richard, Steph and family. We cycled to to join them before walking around the lake. We had lunch in the Terra Nova before going to Richard and Steph's house for Sam to have his nap..


When Sam woke up we went out to get ice cream and run around the recreation area. I think my running training is useful. I don't feel tired when running with Sam.
