Steam Trains

There is a private miniature steam railway nearby, in fact the trains are visible and audible from our garden. They hold open days once a month, so today we walked up to see the trains.

The weather was ideal, so lots of people were enjoying refreshments on the grass, and there was a long queue to have a ride. Lots of fun.

These guys were working on their engines.

Thanks for the good wishes for Doris. She is not out of the woods, but she has stopped vomiting, and I'm feeling much happier with her progress today.
