Sunday In The Park

We must have birthday celebrations with the FIL more often. We slept through this morning until gone 8 o'clock, I can't remember when I had such a good night's sleep!

My BIL and his wife are now staying with us for a few days before they return to Budapest.  In the morning we took them for a nice walk around Sherborne Park Estate, then lunch in Cirencester, followed by a walk around Cirencester Abbey Park (where this band was playing and we had an educational chat with a local about the various types of fish present in the lake - bream and chub in particular if you are interested) and finally a walk around the Roman amphitheatre. Then we came home and watched the exciting final stages of the cricket.

Tomorrow we are off to Wapping for the day to see our grandsons. Looking forward to it!
