Today we visited NT Hughenden, the former home of one of Britain’s best Prime Ministers, favourite of Queen Victoria, Social Reformer , Jewish but C of E , author and ....

This was taken in the house’s walled garden which it is claimed delivered enough vegetables to feed the family, it’s servants and its guests.

And to keep the produce from being scoffed by the birds a scarecrow.
