Muddy Run

We all did a muddy run. Disgusting fun yet again.

It was a bit emotional as my nieces mother in law has stage 4 cancer. We are not sure how long she has. She didn't look great. She cried ...a lot.

She is only 53. It's an absolute disgrace that she is so poorly...so quickly.

It's only when I think about her not being there that you realise how much she is there. She will leave an absolute gaping hole. It's going to be awful.

My father in law died of cancer at Christmas...he died in Ireland. It was a terrible terrible time. He was 85 though. Whilst still awful...he had a good innings and saw all his children grown up and two of them settled.
