Day at the Dog Park

Today we drove an hour and half to the dog park in Iowa City. It was KIKI's first time there. There were 3 sections. One for little dogs, one for big dogs, and one for everyone. We went to the little dog section first. It was sooo much fun to see dogs just being dogs, playing with each other, running and smelling everything in sight. KIKI loved it and didn't want to go home.

She also got to go into a store for the first time. The store is PETCO and their motto is 'PETCO where the pets go'. You can bring your dogs in. She was so cute prancing through the automatic doors, wide eyed and enthusiastic. She loved the toy section where she picked out a little rabbit play toy. She also, picked out some treats and made some new friends...dog and human alike.
