Mono Monday . . . High Key

I spent some time hidden behind the curtains with the lens poking out the window to take close ups of the wax eyes eating fruit.  I wouldn't usually use mono for birds or up the ISO but I like the effect.  Although it does give the suggestion of a bright, sunny day and it wasn't.  
The Cricket World Cup has gone to England.  What a unique final.  The highs and lows for a viewer were huge.  I admired the composure of both teams.  If I ruled the world I would have declared the draw and put both teams names on the trophy.
