Amphitheatrical

After weighing up our day-out options, we decide on Saintes.

A beautiful place, with a creepy crypt, a Roman arch (non-triumphal) and a rather impressive amphitheatre. A great day. 

We kept the gladiatorial spirit going back at the house, with a water-pistol free-for-all.
