Sports Day

Despite the temptation to lie on the sofa watching sport all day I got out of a longish cycle in the afternoon and got back to see the end of the cricket and tennis. Tried the road bike on a stretch of the John Muir Way passed Stonelaws. Doable at this time of the year but definitely not recommended.
