AUSTERITY?

Doesn't seem to be relevant here in St. Josse - these baskets overflowing with petunias & pelargoniums are blooming every few yards around most streets - so glad my local taxes are being spent on flowers! They must cost  a small fortune just to get them watered. Bravo!
