Where did today go?!
Absolutely non stop the whole day - never even got to my desk as I had meetings one after another. Brief foray out of the office for lunch with a colleague from Melbourne over for a conference this week...we had a hurried but nice chat and did a bit of plotting about potential other connections.
Very intense day...and then to the museum to welcome people to their conference. I'd roughly planned what to say but ended up just doing a few sentences as it was quite clear that everyone wanted to just get on with their wine and chat!
Headed home....whacked but lots to prepare for tomorrow
