There must be some sort of zoning order at work here to have resulted in so many cycle racks, unless things really pick up in the middle of the day in the middle of the week when I've not witnessed this particular shop ever having more than one bicycle attached to the racks. It's certainly pleasing that a new smallish supermarket in a smallish place which nevertheless has a huge car park next to it and a really stupid pedestrian-unfriendly approach from the east also have plenty of bicycle-parking but displeasing that it's not being used and will probably soon become the favoured place for staff to stand when smoking, like the measly three racks outside the Gorgie branch.
