What the fashionable dog is wearing?

Woke to the prospect of a 3 and a half hour walking tour in almost zero degrees!!! No way sunshine!! So after breakfast I went back to bed and B did the tour.

In the afternoon when the temperature had risen we did our own trip to see some additional sights.
