Good old porridge and fruit for breakfast, about all I feel like eating!!

Wonderful surprise email from R to say they are at Namche Bazar for tonight and will walk back to Lukla tomorrow for the flight back to Kathmandu!! Fingers crossed that there are not too many delays!!
